At Healthy Tails Pet Store Karachi, all online orders are fulfilled directly from our physical store locations. Therefore, the same refund and exchange policy applies to both in-store and online purchases.

Exchange Policy

No exchange will be accepted without the original receipt or invoice.

Exchange is allowed within 5 days of purchase.

The product must be in its original packing, unused, and in sealed condition.

Important Notes:
No cash refunds are offered.
Opened pet food, medicines, treats, or supplements are not eligible for exchange.
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not exchangeable.
Sale or discounted items are non-exchangeable.

Online orders follow the same exchange policy as our physical stores in Karachi.
All products are checked before dispatch.
