Returns & Refunds: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened pet food products cannot be returned. Returns or replacements may be accepted for products that arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Order receipt is mandatory in case of return or refund.
